UOS Energy Sp. z o.o. is a company established in 2014 to carry out activities in the field of exploration and recognition of hydrocarbon deposits and the extraction of hydrocarbons from deposits.

UOS Energy Sp. z o.o. was entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the Statistical ID number 0000524826, Tax ID number 9512383701, REGON 147438538.

Shareholders - UOS Drilling S.A.

The sole shareholder of UOS Energy Sp. z o.o. has been present on the Polish market for many years, a company operating under the name of UOS Drilling S.A. (until 30/09/2019, operating under the name of United Oilfield Services S.A.) with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Żelazna 59/404, entered into the National Court Register – the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw – XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000754863, providing the highest quality services related to the exploration and recognition of hydrocarbon deposits and the extraction of hydrocarbons from deposits. On July 1, 2019, United Oilfield Services S.A. along with all assets, took over the company G-Drilling S.A. based in Warsaw, operating for decades in the field of deep drilling.

UOS Drilling S.A. specializes in the provision of drilling services related to the exploration for and access to natural gas and crude oil deposits, research and production wells, geothermal wells, salt wells for the construction of underground oil and fuel storage facilities, large diameter dehydration wells, freezer plate openings, ventilation openings and reconstruction of openings. UOS Drilling S.A.  offers also acidizing and well testing of geothermal wells, heat pumps, water wells, geotechnical wells including coring, mud service, cementing service, coring service, projects of geological drilling works, drilling geological supervision, well geological documentation, hydrogeological works projects, hydrogeological documentation, water law survey, parameters of filtration aquifers, research of soil and water conditions.

Modern, worldwide unique equipment as well as knowledge and experience allows UOS Drilling S.A. to provide the highest quality, safe and comprehensive drilling services in all areas of the market and in any form of cooperation with investors, at the same time demonstrating respect for the environment.
